While the program started outside under the tent, the threatening weather drove us inside where Deb continued her interesting  and historic talk on the “Leaders and Legends of Otsego County.”  A great success with the added bonus of the free distribution of her “Historical Markers of Otsego County and Their Locations” booklet.
